Checks WYDOT 511 + National Weather Service at :00, :15, :30 and :45. When any area road is slick, snowy, closed, chain law or no unnecessary travel, a new report is made and sent to AudioVault as road55.wav. When roads clear, one “roads are dry” version replaces it.
